What you will be doing

We are looking for a highly analytical and strategic individual to join our team as a Strategic Project Manager. You will work directly with our founders in this role to develop and execute our go-to-market and commercial strategies. Your primary focus will be leveraging our existing user base of +100k to identify patterns, develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), and create practical and effective sales approaches that drive product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze user data to identify patterns, trends, and growth opportunities.

  • Develop Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) using data-driven insights.

  • Collaborate with founders to design and implement effective go-to-market strategies.

  • Create and execute targeted sales approaches to reach potential customers.

  • Monitor and evaluate commercial strategies' effectiveness, making necessary data-driven adjustments.

Who you are
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, or a related field.

  • At least 2 years of experience in startups, consulting, investment banking, or venture capital.

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to align and indirectly manage stakeholders.

  • Excellent commercial acumen and strategic thinking abilities.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-motivated and thrives in a remote, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated passion for AI and technological innovation.
